To protect your rights during online booking processes and ensure a seamless experience, our payment, cancellation, refund, and modification policies are detailed below.

Prepaid (Online) Reservation and Refund Conditions

1. Reservation Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer (Guest) has the right to cancel their purchased transfer service unconditionally up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled start time. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, an official notification must be made to AYT VIP TRANSFERS via phone, email, or live support channels within this period. Upon approval of your cancellation request, the entire service fee you have paid will be refunded to you in full within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days without any deductions.

2. Reservation Modification and Postponement Procedures

We understand that there may be changes in your travel plans. You have the right to change or postpone the starting/ending point or time of the transfer service up to 6 (six) hours before the start of the service.

  • To exercise this right, you must inform AYT VIP TRANSFERS customer service or live support units.
  • Any potential price differences arising from a change in route will be collected upon mutual agreement with our support team.
  • Postponement requests can be made up to a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the existing reservation date.

3. Flight Changes, Delays, and Operational Cancellations

For your airport transfers, your flight schedule is instantly monitored by our operations team. In the event of flight delays or operational disruptions, AYT VIP TRANSFERS takes all necessary precautions to provide the transfer service without demanding any additional fees. However, if your flight is completely canceled by the airline company; if the payment has been made to us, a full refund will be provided to the bank account you specify within a maximum of 7 (seven) days.

4. Invoicing and Delivery Process

The invoice for the VIP transfer service you purchased is issued after the service is successfully completed. Your invoice will be securely delivered to you in accordance with the method you requested (e-invoice, printed invoice, etc.) during the reservation stage.

5. Deductions and Partial Refunds

In case of last-minute cancellations caused by the buyer (guest) or disruption of the service for invoiced services, legally arising VAT and similar obligations will be deducted from the refund amount in full or partial refunds. 6. Cancellation of Promotional and Personalized Services

The right of cancellation or withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized services organized in line with the special requests of our guests (extra equipment, vehicle-specific additions, etc.) and for reservations sold within the scope of seasonal promotions/campaigns. However, our guests have the right to postpone their reservations to be used within 30 (thirty) calendar days, provided they comply with the campaign conditions.

7. Dispute Resolution and Authorized Jurisdictions

In any dispute that may arise from the implementation of these contract terms, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the legal headquarters of AYT VIP TRANSFERS are authorized, up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

8. Acceptance of the Agreement
