Payment, Cancellation and Change Conditions
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING PREPAID (ONLINE) BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF PAYMENT
1) The BUYER has the right of withdrawal up to six (24) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify Egey Vip Premium Tur by e-mail or telephone within this period. In case of exercise of this right, Egey Vip Premium Tur will refund the service fee to the Buyer within the following seven (7) days.
2) The BUYER has the right to change or postpone the start and end location and service time of the service up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right of change, notification must be made to Egey Vip Premium Tur by phone or live support units within this period, and the fee difference arising from the change must be collected through the method determined by consultation with the support unit. The postponement process can be made for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.
Egey Vip Premium Tur authorities are responsible for following up on the situation or operational cancellation and/or other delays that occur due to changes in flight programs or for transportation service reservations made by the passenger in advance and taking all necessary measures in a timely manner to perform the transportation service without requesting an additional fee. In this context, if the passenger has paid the transfer fee to Egey Vip Premium Tur in case of cancellation of the flight for any reason , Egey Vip Premium Tur will refund the entire transfer fee to the bank account that the passenger will notify within 7 (seven) days at the latest.
4) The invoice for the service is issued when the service is performed. The invoice is delivered as requested by the Buyer from among the options presented to the Buyer.
5) In case of full or partial refunds that may occur due to cancellation or disruption of invoiced services caused by the Buyer, VAT and other legal liabilities, if any, cannot be refunded. If the disruption or cancellation is caused by https://www.aytviptransfers.com/, the entire payment will be refunded to the BUYER account.
6) In addition, in services that are produced in accordance with the consumer's special requests and demands or that are personalized by making changes or additions, in campaigns and other promotional sales that can be made, cancellation cannot be made and the BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal. Egey Vip Premium Tur can only use the right of postponement in accordance with the change rules to be used within thirty (30) calendar days.

8) In case the order is finalized , the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
