PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
1-Parties
Egey Vip Premium Tur Tourism Travel Agency will be referred to as “Egey Vip Premium Tur” in short.

2-Subject With this agreement, the parties have agreed on the provision of transfer service from the addresses determined by them to the airports and vice versa before and after the flight, and the performance of this service by Egey Vip Premium Tur for a fee, within the framework of the following contract conditions.

3- Service and Payment Information 3.1. The contract price does not include VAT .

3.2. In private transfer service, requests for different points requested outside the route( s ) specified in the contract; if it is on the route and without waiting, it is included in the price , if it is not on the route, 250 TL is paid by the passenger in the region for each different point.

3.3. The agency may change the vehicle type with the same segment vehicle type, provided that it notifies the consumer, if necessary. If the customer does not accept this change, he/she has the right to cancel his/her reservation and receive a full refund of the fee he/she paid. In this case, the customer does not have the right to compensation.

3.4. I hereby authorize the agency to collect the services I have received with my credit card numbered below.

3.5. The invoice issuance period for the purchased service is 7 days including the date of purchase, provided that no month is skipped as per VUK .

4-Transfer Type: One Way (One/Two Way) 5-Vehicle Type: Vehicle type chosen by the customer (Passenger/Minibus/ Midibus )
6-Number of Persons: The customer must indicate the number of persons. 7-General Provisions Passengers are required to wear seat belts as per the Traffic Law. By receiving this contract by virtual pos, mail

order , money order or EFT , and even if the passenger cannot sign for any reason, he/she has learned the contract terms that will be valid between the parties through the website or advertisements and has accepted to receive the service under the written terms in the contract.

In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this contract, the customer must have made a reservation at least 12 ( twelve ) hours before the transfer time. On religious and national holidays, New Year's Eve and other official holidays, the customer must have made a reservation at least 48 ( forty-eight ) hours before the transfer time. The reservation can be canceled by the customer up to 12 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the customer will be refunded. No refund will be made for reservation cancellations made later. The route to be followed from the departure point to the arrival point during the transfer service is determined exclusively by Egey Vip Premium Tur, taking into account traffic, road conditions and other
criteria . The customer does not have the authority to change this route. In this context, requests for the passenger to stop by at a different location between the determined route and to wait for a while at this location will not be accepted. Egey Vip Premium Tur is only responsible for transporting the customer from a certain point to the airport or from the airport to a certain point. For Egey Vip Premium Tur Antalya, Muğla, Istanbul, Izmir transfer service; the customer must allocate a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage volume determined when purchasing the transfer service

Egey Vip Premium Tur; accepts and undertakes that all vehicles to be allocated to the service subject to this contract will have full personal accident insurance, periodic maintenance of the vehicles will be done on time, and that materials such as spare tire, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, reflector etc. that must be in the vehicle will be available. Egey Vip Premium Tur will not be responsible for any physical or material damage to the customer or damage to the goods carried due to any traffic accident or other reason that may occur during the transfer. The customer irrevocably accepts and declares in advance that Egey Vip Premium Tur will not have any liability arising from Article 66 of the Code of Obligations and other provisions of the legislation in such a case. The articles of this contract that impose liability on Egey Vip Premium Tur are reserved. Despite the allocation of a suitable vehicle for the transfer service, if the number of people and the amount of luggage specified by the customer at the time of purchase are exceeded, the transfer will be carried out without exceeding the legally determined carrying limits of the vehicle.

Passengers or luggage exceeding the legal limits will not be accepted into the vehicle. If the customer cancels the transfer service for this reason , no refund will be made. The customer is obliged to prove to the Egey Vip Premium Tur personnel in the vehicle at the transfer point that they are the customer who purchased the service with the identification documents issued by the legal authorities and the reservation document. The transfer of the customer who does not fulfill this obligation will not be made. Egey Vip Premium Tur is not responsible for

the situation or operational cancellation and/or other delays that occur due to changes in flight programs or for which the passenger has previously made a reservation for the transportation service. Egey Vip Premium Tur is not responsible for the loss or damage of all items forgotten by the customer in the vehicle during the transfer. However, if the forgotten item is noticed later by the Egey Vip Premium Tur personnel, it will be delivered to the specified address within the borders of Antalya, Muğla, İzmir and Istanbul provinces on the same day for a fee upon the customer's request.

Egey Vip Premium Tur does not accept bags, chests, parcels, etc. as luggage during the transfer process. Passengers have a maximum of 15 kg luggage right per person. In case of loss or damage of luggage taken from the passenger for which no value declaration has been made, the customer does not have the right to claim the service fee as material and moral compensation.
The customer accepts, undertakes and declares that there is no flammable, explosive, narcotic, liquid, odorous, radioactive or any substance prohibited to be carried or kept by the legislation of the Republic of Turkey in the luggage subject to transfer. If the driver notices the presence of the substances listed in the luggage, the said luggage will not be accepted into the vehicle. If the 15 ( fifteen ) minute period specified below is exceeded during the discharge of the said substances from the luggage, if the transfer does not take place for these reasons or if the customer cannot make it to the flight due to the lost time, no refund will be made.

In addition, in these cases, the customer cannot claim any receivables or rights under any name against Egey Vip Premium Tur. In the event that the presence of the above-mentioned substances in the luggage is noticed, the situation will be reported to the authorized official authorities immediately by Egey Vip Premium Tur. If the presence of the listed items is not noticed by the driver and is detected when the vehicle is stopped and searched by law enforcement during the transfer; all kinds of losses and damages that Egey Vip Premium Tur will suffer for this reason will be covered immediately by the customer in cash and in one go. The customer's pet transfer requests and the type of pet to be transported will be notified by the customer during the online purchase of the service.

No animal transfer will be made without such notification. No animal transfer will be made alone without an adult customer. The animal to be transferred under these conditions can only be carried in its special cage, in the section determined by the Egey Vip Premium Tur personnel in the vehicle, with all responsibility belonging to the customer. It is not possible to transfer animals whose acquisition, possession and transfer are against the law according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey under any circumstances. In transfers from a certain point to the airport; Egey Vip Premium Tur declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for Antalya, Muğla, İzmir and İstanbul transfers will be at the specified point at the transfer time.

A delay of 15 (fifteen) minutes from the transfer time will be considered a reasonable delay. In case of delay exceeding 15 (fifteen) minutes, the customer does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case, the transfer fee is refunded to the customer. In transfer points such as sites and mass housing; if the delay period exceeds 15 (fifteen) minutes due to site security guards preventing the vehicle from entering the site, Egey Vip Premium Tur is not responsible. If 15 (fifteen) minutes is exceeded in this way and the customer does not wait for the vehicle, no refund will be made.

The customer must be ready with their luggage at the specified point at the transfer time. If the customer is not ready at the transfer point at the transfer time, the vehicle allocated by Egey Vip Premium Tur is obliged to wait for the customer for 10 (ten) minutes. If the customer does not reach the specified point with their luggage after 10 (ten) minutes, the vehicle is not obliged to wait any longer.
At the transfer point, Egey Vip Premium Tur personnel are not obliged to leave the vehicle, carry luggage, pet cages or accompany the passenger to the vehicle. Transfers of children under the age of twelve will not be made without an adult companion. The transfer of the companion back to the point where he/she was picked up depends on purchasing the return service on the website. If a wheelchair transfer is also requested with the customer to be transferred, this will be notified by the customer during the online purchase of the service. If

the customer specifies this when purchasing the service online , a baby seat will be placed in the vehicle to be allocated by Egey Vip Premium Tur for 250 TL. In cases where the service subject to this contract is interrupted or cannot be performed due to weather and road conditions, vehicle malfunction, inability to find the given address , sudden health problem related to the customer or driver, checks to be made by law enforcement during the transfer and other reasons, and in cases where the passenger cannot catch the flight for these reasons; Egey Vip Premium Tur is only liable to refund the prepaid service fee to the customer. The provisions of this contract stipulating the situations where the fee will not be refunded are reserved. The customer accepts, undertakes and declares that Egey Vip Premium Tur has no liability to compensate for the flight ticket fee and other material/moral damages other than the refund obligation.

In case the customer cancels the transfer during the transfer; Egey Vip Premium Tur has no obligation to transfer the customer back to the point of pickup. If the vehicle's work schedule does not allow it, the customer is dropped off at the nearest residential area in accordance with traffic rules. In such a case, no refund will be made. If the customer requests to return to the point of pickup and complete the transfer due to forgotten items or any other reason during the transfer, Egey Vip Premium Tur has no such obligation. It is up to Egey Vip Premium Tur to fulfill this request of the customer to the extent that

the vehicle's work schedule allows . In such a case, Egey Vip Premium Tur is not responsible for the customer not being able to make it to the flight and the poet suffering any other damage, and no refund will be made. In the event that any passengers or animals carried in the vehicle during the transfer experience any health problems; Egey Vip Premium Tur personnel are obliged to transfer the passenger immediately to the nearest health unit. Egey Vip Premium Tur personnel are not responsible for any requests to the contrary by the passenger.

The nearest health unit may be official health institutions or private health institutions. Egey Vip Premium Tur is not responsible for

any death, physical damage, material or moral damage that occurs during and after the transfer of the passenger/animal with health problems to the nearest health unit . Upon the request of the customer, the invoice for the service provided will be sent to the address specified by the customer by Egey Vip Premium Tur. 8-Force Majeure In the event

that the parties fail to fulfill their obligations under this contract due to any kind and nature of force majeure not caused by them, natural events, adverse climatic conditions, social events, public movements, events occurring due to negative developments in working life, all kinds of legal or illegal employee or employer movements, strikes, lockouts, union movements and slowdowns, war, armed conflict, revolution, declaration of martial law or state of emergency, conflicts and riots between groups; this contract will remain suspended until the end of the listed situations/negative effects. The contract will come into force again upon the end of the listed situations/negative effects. Failure of the parties to fulfill their obligations due to force majeure does not grant the other party the right to termination or compensation.

9-Cancellation Conditions and Other Provisions No cancellation, change or refund can be made for any reason on the promotional product purchased by the passenger. Applications made to the bank or Egey Vip Premium Tur for cancellation and refund requests of reservations that have passed the date and time are invalid.

10-AuthorityThe laws of the Republic of Turkey will be applied and the Republic of Turkey Burdur Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction in the resolution of all kinds of disputes arising from the implementation of this contract. 11-EnforcementThe passenger(

s ) who do not sign the contract but receive the service subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the contract by having the 3rd parties they have assigned to register on their behalf read this contract and make an online reservation. In disputes arising from the contract, the Highway Transportation Law No. 4925 and the articles of the Turkish Republic legislation are applied. The Republic of Turkey Burdur courts and enforcement offices are authorized. I have read, understood and accepted this entire contract issued on our behalf, the departure date and time, the highway transportation law, the information on the internet page and received a copy.
